A new dawn in Fort Worth Sports Talk is here! The Home Team is on the air on Fox Sports Radio 1460 in
Fort Worth. We will talk only about Fort Worth and Tarrant County sports... the Rangers, the Cowboys, TCU, the Cats, the Brahmas and, of course, high schools. Even if your kid's select or all-star teams do some special things, please let us know and we'll give them props.

I'm Charlie Hodges, one of the hosts of the program. Joining me in our studio is Ward Whites.

Now, about the guy at the top of the website. I went through go-daddy to put this website up. No, it wasn't because of Danica Patrick's affiliation or the girl who wears the tight t-shirts in the Super Bowl commercials., It just turned out they had the best price when I did this thing. (Just over 50 bucks for year... no bad.) But as they say, you get what you pay for. I wanted to have a "theme" for this site that was for the sports fan. The only theme they had includes a picture of this weird dude in what appears to be a Chargers jersey.

It kinda... (no actually, it REALLY) sucks. Hopefully soon, I can get someone who really knows this website business to help me put together something really cool.

PODCAST INFO...
I've been working on the technical issues to figure out how we can start podcasting parts of this program.  I can't go into all of the gremlins that have been holding this up, but I think I got this figured out. Starting in the near future ("near future" the great term used by Bill Mercer in the old TV wrestling days to announce that Fritz Von Erich would soon take on Bronco Lubich in a cage match) we will have our podcast system going.

This is great for commuters on the train to Dallas, because if you listen to the car on the way to the T-R-E, but get on the train before we have one of our interviews you'd like to hear, you can download it when you get home that night... and you something on the iPod you can listen to while on the train the next morning.
